Harvest
A main method of the African Society of Italy (Società Africana d’Italia) and other such organizations at the time was to make the Italian public and businesses aware of the goods that the Italian colonies produce to encourage trade with the colonies. As part of that, these stamps depict such goods. There are banana trees, cotton fields, sugar cane being harvested, and Baobab trees, all products of Somalia.
Note
There are two sets of stamps on this album page. Previously, I had placed other stamps on this page, which I moved to a new page that I added recently (see More Pictorials).
Although the two stamps in the second set here are related to the stamps on that new page, since they’re air mail I put them on this page. I think this page looks better with the pair as an offset to the layout.
Contains 12 spots: own 12 – 12 unused, 0 used.
Page is finished.

To search by catalog number, go to the search box and enter it in the catalog number box. However, it’s a bit broken; I need to fix it.
